This interactive teaches visitors how their sight can affect their sense of hearing, altering what they hear. The visitor watches and listens to a video of a person mouthing the word "Bat". They are instructed to slide the panel to reveal a different video of the same person mouthing the word "Vat". Although the sound has not changed between the two video, the visitor hears the two sounds differently while watching either video because their brain confuses what they see and what they hear. |
